T. H. Easter Consulting has been retained to conduct an Executive search for a passionate, creative and forward-thinking Human Resources Director Consultant. This role is with an aspiring institution in the D.C. area. The successful incumbent will provide daily guidance and HR support to the organization and its HR team as strategic business partners. Business Partner support will include change management, coaching, employee and labor relations, process improvement, HRIS systems, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition and development and first line support for compensation and benefits questions.
